Client was involved in various ongoing litigations and wanted GEIPER to research about all the relevant state’s laws which were applicable on them. A thorough trend analysis of all automobile cases (from 1995 – till date) was also requested.

A methodical research of all the relevant state’s motor vehicle laws was done and a deliverable was prepared summarizing the laws and regulations applicable on auto-part manufacturer. All the cases relating to automobiles were searched with the assistance of legal database (Westlaw). Each relevant case was further analyzed and summarized. A Trend Analysis Report (TAR) was prepared after a thorough study of each case.

GEIPER helped Client comply with the applicable automobile laws and thus refine their work processes accordingly. The whole process saved Client a lot of money and helped them manage their risk much better.
