Patent Illustration
GEIPER illustrations solution encompasses all types of illustrations and uses the latest technology to illustrate technical drawings electronically. All illustrations are prepared in our CAD centre by a team of professionals who have the necessary technical expertise and the requisite knowledge of US and international patent laws.
Our team has expertise in preparing both utility and design cases. The formal illustrations prepared by our team are delivered electronically in Adobe PDF, TIFF/JPEG (required for electronic filing). We are equipped to receive and process requests in any of the following formats:
- Copy of free hand rough sketches.
- Colour/black & white digital photographs or scanned copies.
- CAD files – (whenever available, and preferable in the case of designs).
- Written description explaining the illustration.
We can use your electronic files as a starting point or you can send us instructions or rough sketches. Our formal drawings will comply with the United State Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), as well as the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and other major patent offices. We provide formal drawings, which comply with 37 CFR 1.84.
We work around the client deadlines and have built an excellent reputation for speed and quality and our rates are one of the most competitive in the industry. Distance is no issue, as drawings can be shipped, faxed, or e-mailed in whatever format you require, including PDF. |
