Team analyzed all the vendor contracts and conducted large scale correlation of contracts with invoices. This helped the team realize that many saving options remained un-utilized where high volume purchase could have earned large discounts. Careful categorization of vendors helped Client prepare list of vendors which can be utilized in much economical manner compared to others in same category, just because of better negotiated terms in the contracts.
